These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Passionate Nails Pte Ltd (UEN 201228569E) ("Passionate Nails", "we", "us") website and the services we provide at our salon at Great World City, Singapore. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & appointments

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or, at our discretion, the need to reschedule, so that we can honour other guests' appointments.
• We may require a contact number to confirm and manage your booking.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for advance notice so the slot can be offered to another guest.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may, at our discretion, require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Pricing & payment

• Service prices are confirmed at the time of booking or in-salon, as treatments are tailored to each guest.
• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.

4. Health & your wellbeing

• Please let us know of any allergies, sensitivities, skin or nail conditions, or if you are pregnant, so we can adapt your service.
• We may decline or modify a treatment where we believe it is not in the interest of your health or safety.

5. Gift cards & promotions

Any gift cards, packages, or promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including validity periods and conditions of use, which will be made available at the point of purchase.

6. Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its normal operation.
